The commentary is a valuable research tool for canonists and offers an exhaustive, systematic exegesis of the code. Written by Stanislaus Woywod and revised by Callistus Smith, the library also has several editions of this standard reference work in print. The Hathi Trust scan is of the 1941 edition.
